2010 - 4th Annual Rescue Picnic

Each year in the Spring, the Tri-State Weimaraner Rescue holds its Volunteer and Adopter Picnic at the Ironwood Outdoor Center in Lumberton, NJ.  This year's picnic took place on Saturday, May 7, 2010.

2009 - 3rd Annual Volunteer and Adopter Picnic

As you can tell by our group picture our picnic attendance is growing each year. Everyone who attends gets to meet other Weim owners and learn more about the breed and make new friends. The Board would like to thank those who attended, for braving the weather and joining our dogs for a day of fun!

2008 - 2nd Annual Volunteer and Adopter Picnic

Our 2nd Annual Picnic was a huge success. We all had a great time meeting new friends, learning about other Weims, and rekindling our love of the breed. I heard many new owners say wow I thought only my dog did that!

There is no question holding the event at Ironwood made it extra special and we would like to thank Jamie Lynn Storch and the ownership at Ironwood for the wonderful venue. We would also like to thank Cara O'rielly for evaluating 15 of our dogs for the AKC Good Citizen Program.
