Fostering is very rewarding but its also a commitment. You must be willing to work with your foster dog in order to make his transition into a new home easier. Foster periods are unpredictable, when possible we will give you an estimated amount of time your foster dog will be with you.

I will abide by the mission, rules, policies and programs of the Rescue while I am a volunteer. I agree to always conduct myself in a manner which reflects the ideals of the Tri State Weimaraner Rescue.

When I no longer wish to volunteer or at the Rescue's request at any time, I will promptly return all of the Rescue's supplies, equipment, records, money and other items in good condition.

I am willing to assume the risks of being injured, by cats, dogs or any other animals I come in contact with in connection with my volunteer work with the Rescue. Neither the Rescue nor anyone associated with the Rescue is liable to me for any injuries, damages, liabilities, losses, judgments, cost or expenses whatsoever, which I might suffer or sustain in connection with the performance of my volunteer duties with the Rescue. I will indemnify, defend and hold the Rescue or anyone associated with the Rescue harmless from any claims, lawsuits, injuries, damages, losses, costs or expenses whatsoever, sustained by any companion animal or any other person in connection with my volunteer work with the Rescue.
